With the purchase of one of our new hot tubs, we provide a 5 year warranty on our Aspen rage (3 years at 100% and 2 years at 50%). On the Sunbelt range we provide a 3 year warranty (2 years at 100% and 1 year at 50%), On our Far East Spa’s we offer a 1 year warranty.
All our pre loved hot tubs come with 3 month warranty, this does not include the shell or cover unless otherwise agreed.
All warranty applies to the original customer, at the original address that the spa was installed. Your warranty dose not include engineer mileage or labour, and we provide a parts warranty on all our tubs at the agreed term at time of sale. Your limited warranty dose not include the cost of shipping parts back to Elite Hot Tub Service and Maintenance or our supplier, or to an authorised repair engineer. Customers must gain written consent from Elite Hot Tub Service and Maintenance before instructing any engineer not authorised by us. In all cases Elite Hot Tub Service and Maintenance has the sole responsibility for determining the cause and nature of a fault. Elite Hot Tub Service and Maintenance determination is final.
The customer must report any fault within 14 days to Elite Hot Tub Service and Maintenance. Our engineer will then diagnose and find the best solution for the customer to resolve the issue. If the engineer determines that any fault is not covered under the warranty, the customer will be solely responsible for the cost of any parts and the engineers onsite labour charge.
All warranties hereunder are void if the spa has been subject to any chemical misuse or chemical imbalances, alterations or modifications not authorised by Elite Hot Tub Services and Maintenance, attempts to repair the spa not authorised by Elite Hot Tub Services and Maintenance, incorrect use of the hot tub including but not limited to run the hot tub dry or filling the hot tub up incorrectly, electrical installation by a non-qualified electrician, ice in the hot tub, incorrect winter preparation, or commercial use. No part of the hot tub is warranted against chemical damage. This includes but is not limited to deposits of limescale on either the hot tub shell or in/on the spa components. Correct chemical use is the sole responsibility of the customer.
Hot Tub covers are not warranted against chemical burns.
The hot tub shell and components are not covered against any defects that may occur because of the customer not using the cover while the spa is not in use.
This warranty does not cover damage arising from the use of unauthorised sanitisers.
Damage to headrest pillows reported beyond the day of delivery will not be covered under warranty. Headrest pillows are to be removed from the spa when not in use.
Elite Hot Tub Service and Maintenance will not be liable for loss of use of the hot tub, or any incidental expenses incurred because of the repair or replacement of the Hot tub. This includes but is not limited to permanent decking or surrounding, flooring, any other fixtures, chemical loss, water loss or filter loss. Elite Hot Tub Service and Maintenance will not be responsible for inadequate radio reception in relation to the spas entertainment system. Elite Hot Tub Service and Maintenance warranties are limited to the maximum amount of monies received from the customer with respect to the sale of the hot tub..
All warranties apply from the date the hot tub is delivered to the customer.
